What counts as an answer?

An answer is one unit of work by the assistant. Four sources count equally — 1 answer each:

  • Chat reply

    Each assistant response in conversation.

  • Document uploaded

    Each document shared during a conversation.

  • Page generated

    Each page the assistant writes (letters, reports, summaries).

  • Task executed

    Each tool action — send an email, push to webhook.

Worked example

"Upload a contract, ask for a 2-page objection letter, email it to the attorney."

1 chat reply + 1 document uploaded + 2 draft pages + 1 task = 5 answers.

Regenerations (e.g., "redo that draft shorter") are counted fresh — the assistant did new work.

What doesn't count?

Knowledge base uploads are one-time business-owner setup and do not count against your monthly pool. Each tier caps total KB size by document and page count (10/100, 100/1,000, 1,000/10,000).

Simple greetings and acknowledgments the assistant handles without calling a model are not counted.
